LIABILITY AND DISPUTES

The Purchaser has a right according to  sales contract terms, the non-conforming goods (goods with defects), to submit complaints to the Seller within 2 (two) years from the date of delivery of the goods. Every complaint must be made immediately, but not later than 2 (two) months from the date You discoveried the defect.

Right after the defect detecting the Purchaser have to adopt reasonable measures to preserve and protect the goods. It means not use defective goods if the using may cause more injuries or decrease value.

In case the sales contract includes discrepancy the Purchaser is able to rely on the statutory remedies, including demand to repair, replacement, or withdraw from the sales contract and return the defective goods.

Seller is not responsible for the Purchaser fault caused goods deterioration, damage, defects, which are related  goods non-compliant with the manufacturer’s instructions or the normal physical wear during the tear of normal using.

If the Seller or Producer had given warranty shall be given the written warranty terms to Purchaser or shall be made availability electronically in e-shop.

To solve subsequent issues, the Purchaser has to present sales documents: invoice and order, confirmation. These shall prove that goods were bought from Antrotsenter e-shop. Without sales documents the Seller leave complaint as unsolved.

The Purchaser has right to give appeal to the competent supervisory authority as National Consumer Protection Board, Rahukohtu 2, Tallinn, 10130, e-mail: info@tka.riik.ee. Commission of consumer disputies has jurisdiction to resolve disputes between seller and purchaser, what parts could not resolve by agreement.
